1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is received in a completely damaged condition.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Proof
A clear and continuous unboxing video is strictly mandatory for any return, replacement, or damage claim.
The unboxing video must clearly show:

The sealed package from all sides before opening

The complete unboxing process without cuts or edits

The damaged product clearly visible
Claims without proper unboxing video proof will not be accepted under any circumstances.
3. Reporting Timeline
Any damaged item must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Claims raised after 24 hours will not be considered.
4. Return Process
Customers must arrange return shipping to our address, as pickup service is currently unavailable.
The item must be returned:

With all tags and accessories

In the same condition received
Once the product is received and inspected, the approval process will begin. Approved refunds or replacements may take 7–10 working days.
5. Cancellation Policy
Aghorya reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, payment verification, or other unforeseen reasons.
If a partial cancellation reduces the order below free shipping eligibility, shipping charges may apply.
6. Shipping Information
Estimated delivery timelines:
